All participants must wear a regulation karate or kung-fu uniform. No camcorders, please. You will also need a sweat towel and notebook.

The theme of this year's seminar will be Taijiquan as it is taught within the Yiliquan system. We will focus on fundamental principles, form, and applications. Training will also include advanced forms of qigong and principles of coiling power. If you practice Yiliquan or any martial art form, you won't want to miss this year's special seminar!
